Our Therapy Services
People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons — and often for more than one at a time. Anxiety and grief travel together. Trauma shows up inside relationships. A life transition can quietly become depression.
The pages below describe the concerns we most often work with, so you can read about what fits your situation and get a sense of how we work. You don't need to know exactly what's wrong, or to fit neatly into one category, before reaching out. Naming it is part of the work we do together.
All of our services are provided online to adults (17+) across Ontario, by Registered Psychotherapists who are extensively trained and trauma-informed.
