Hello — I'm happy you're here.

Whether you're dealing with trauma, anxiety, panic, OCD, grief, or a season of life that simply feels overwhelming, reaching out is a meaningful first step.

Empathy and compassion are the foundation of how we'll work together. Your comfort, your pacing, and your sense of being truly heard will be part of every session and at the heart of every intervention we use. I believe therapy must be client-centred and collaborative: you and I will work together to understand what you need, in a way that honours what you value and want for your life.

I hold an M.A. in Counselling Psychology from Western University and am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I've supported people from diverse backgrounds facing both personal and clinical challenges — including those dealing with newer struggles and those who have felt stuck for a long time. I have particular experience working with college and university students, and I understand the unique pressures of student life.

Because healing benefits from different approaches at different times, I've trained in a range of effective modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, DBT, Compassion-Focused Trauma Processing, Parts Work, and Somatic Therapy. I'm glad to tell you more about any of these when we meet.

You're warmly invited to book a free consultation so I can answer your questions and we can see if we'd be a good fit.
