Languages

I am happy to offer services in either English or Arabic.

Hello.  My name is Irene, and I’m really glad you’re here.

If you’re visiting our clinic site, you've likely been struggling with something for a while now, feeling stuck and unsure of what to do.  Often, people try to understand and resolve things like sadness, overwhelm, frustration, anxiety, and confusion on their own, until they recognize they need someone to guide them to make lasting changes.  You and I can do this together.  And, as a part of this, our space will be one of non-judgement, gentle compassion, reflection, and specific methods to help you change, heal, and grow.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist with years of experience offering therapy to people with a wide variety of concerns.  And, because I know that a ‘one-size-fits-all’ model doesn’t bring the help many need, I offer a number of effective therapeutic approaches and tools, tailored to your particular story, needs, preferences, and timing.  This will not only help you resolve the specific issue bringing you to therapy, but will also move you closer to a connection with your truer self, and its indispensable wisdom.

I work with people from all cultures, faiths, sexual orientations, and genders.   The foundation of our work together will feel deeply respectful, understanding, and unique to you.

Finally, I am also very skilled in, and sensitive to, working with the unique needs of post-traumatic stress, and issues resulting from complex and childhood trauma.
